I, the Conqueror is a 5-piece metal and hardcore band from Portland, Maine, built on punishing riffs, progressive tempo shifts, crushing breakdowns, and vocals that cut with unnatural force.

Blending the brutality of modern deathcore with the raw impact of hardcore and the technical edge of progressive metal, ITC delivers a sound designed to hit hard, move bodies, and leave rooms wrecked. Their live show is high-energy, high-impact, and unapologetically heavy — a controlled demolition of aggression, precision, and chaos.

The Northeast has already had a taste of what I, the Conqueror brings to the stage. Now, with their upcoming release “For Blood”, the band is sharpening its focus and setting its sights beyond New England, preparing to push down the Atlantic coast with a new wave of heaviness.
